Ability to resolve complex technical machines and tool challenges quickly Responsible for identifying cost saving potential in the production and tooling process and support to execute those. Support engineering team to validate part requirements and make sure the tooling and machines will meet the spring specifications Spring production process development and optimization, in close cooperation with the production team. Be part of the quality complaint process and support with identifying and executing corrective actions. Strong understanding of mechanics, materials science, and spring manufacturing processes Supporting our international subsidiaries, potential on site travel Independence, dedication, willingness to collaborate, and ability to work in a team Quality and machine rates, costs of tooling and spare parts, downtime and reduction of production scrap Requirements Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field Basic Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Co-Pilot) Strong knowledge in CAD tools like SolidWorks, Auto
CAD, SAP
Knowledge in PLC programming, robotic applications (Siemens preferred) Experience in bending technology or other metal forming processes Problem solving skills, root cause analysis Strong analytical and mathematical abilities for testing and data analysis Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, AD&D, STD, LTD 401k matching 4% PTO 11 Holidays
