Requirements:

Work closely with the engineering team and in the shop Design and build fixtures to improve production and efficiency Upgrade current equipment Maintain facilities including but not limited to electrical and plumbing Specify and source new needed equipment Supervise all vendors work in the facility Qualifications Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering or comparable degree 2+ years manufacturing shop experience Strong project management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Wages are negotiable with experience.
