Opportunity to work for cutting edge aerospace manufacturer! Growing company with strong customer base! About Our Client Founded in the 1940s, our client is a manufacturer for the aerospace industry. They offer unique and specialized engineered products that are used for aerospace, marine, ordnance, nuclear, precision and commercial applications. Due to exciting growth, they are seeking an experience supplier quality engineer to drive improvement and be a key representative of the company to their core suppliers. Job Description Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet manufacturing capabilities. Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all manufacturing activities. Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance operational performance. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Lead troubleshooting efforts to address production challenges and minimize downtime. The Successful Applicant A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have: A degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with CNC mills or lathes Familiarity with assembly and production processes Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of technical drawings.
