The organization specializes in manufacturing fabricated metal and hardware products and serves customers worldwide. Job Description Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput.
Support new product launches:
tooling, process development, validation (PPAP/APQP), and ramp-up Receive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and Quoting Help lean out established processes and supporting Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions Conduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements. Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnel. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or 4 years of experience 5+ years manufacturing experience; in a machining setting Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement. Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and technical evaluations. Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specs. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD/SolidWorks and ERP (Plex) a plus.
