This position is responsible for maintaining engineering records, administering Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), creating and revising technical documentation, supporting production troubleshooting activities, assisting with product investigations, and supporting quoting and engineering operations. The Engineering Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate and controlled engineering documentation while supporting efficient manufacturing and business operations. This position requires a motivated self-starter possessing strong organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Due to the dynamic nature of a small business environment, the position may support a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and business functions as needed.
