Job Summary:

Responsible for improving pretreatment product quality, reducing the scrap rate in the production process, enhancing output; III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. 2 Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows, layouts, and standard work. 3 Support new equipment installation and lead process validation. 4 Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues. 5 Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, and downtime. 6 Support the launch of new automotive glass products and ensure smooth transition into mass production. 7 Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). 8 Other duties as assigned. 9 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
