job summary: Seeking a hands-on, technically sharp Quality Engineer to support growing manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be deeply connected to the production floor, ensuring that the state-of-art power distribution systems are build reliably and perform flawlessly for the mission-critical data center and Fortune 100 customers.

Streetsboro, Ohio job type: Permanent salary: $72,000 - 90,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead structured investigation using Fishbone diagrams, FMEAs, and 5-Why analysis to eliminate recurring defects and process issuesRespond rapidly to live quality issues on the production floor, establishing immediate containment and implementing long-term preventive solutionsAnalyze production date and evaluate electrical test results using Minitab and Excel to perform capability studiesPartner daily with engineering and operations to ensure complex electrical designs are accurately translated into reliable manufacturing processesDevelop and refine inspection methods, testing procedures, and quality documentation to monitor manufacturing reliability and drive a culture of quallity qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 4 years of experience
