Job Description:

Hot forged product and tooling design FEA material flow simulation/die stress analysis Solidworks simulation Tooling improvement and troubleshooting Manufacturing process design and development Analyze and apply expertise to existing products Manage multiple existing and newly designed projects Collaborate with manufacturing and quality departments Develop new products from customer concepts to mass production Drive continuous improvement of the product and forging process Other tasks as assigned by the

Engineering Manager Minimum Requirements:

Technical degree Forging and tooling design experience 3-5 years preferred Knowledge of Solidworks with 3-d modeling experience Knowledge in material selection/heat treatment Basic understanding of the

ANSI Y 14.5M-1999
