Technical Program Manager - Reverse Engineering & Manufacturing A&B Foundry Put your technical knowledge to work with customers, engineers, and the manufacturing floor. A&B Foundry, Machining, and Fabrications is seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage multiple reverse engineering and manufacturing projects and serve as a key connection between our customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teams. You'll need the technical understanding to ask the right questions, the organization to keep projects moving, and the confidence to lead customer conversations. About the Role You will help translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, coordinate projects from initial review through completion, and ensure questions, decisions, and action items are followed through. You will also work closely with company leadership and serve as a trusted backup for project and customer meetings when leadership is traveling. That means arriving prepared, taking accurate notes, driving follow-up, and providing clear updates on progress and issues requiring attention. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple reverse engineering and manufacturing projects, tracking schedules, priorities, deliverables, and open issues. Read and interpret engineering drawings and discuss dimensions, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing requirements with technical teams. Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal engineering and manufacturing teams. Ask thoughtful technical questions, identify missing information, and clarify requirements before work moves forward. Lead customer and project meetings, capture decisions and action items, assign follow-up responsibilities, and ensure completion. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve questions and maintain project progress. Keep customers and leadership informed through timely, accurate updates. Identify project risks, delays, and changes in scope, and bring forward practical next steps. Support hands-on technical reviews, measurements, and manufacturability discussions based on experience. What We're Looking For Strong manufacturing and engineering-related experience. An engineering degree is not required. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is required. Practical mechanical understanding and the ability to connect drawing requirements to how parts are manufactured. Strong customer communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly and ask effective questions. Experience coordinating multiple projects, managing competing priorities, and following through on commitments. Confidence leading meetings and representing the company professionally. Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written documentation. Initiative and sound judgment, including knowing when to resolve an issue independently and when to involve leadership. Experience That Would Be a Plus CAD proficiency. Reverse engineering, dimensional inspection, or hands-on measurement experience. Foundry, casting, machining, tooling, or related manufacturing experience. Experience reviewing tolerances and manufacturability. Technical project management, applications engineering, or customer-facing engineering experience. Pay and Benefits Compensation based on experience. Health insurance offered.
