Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support operational and quality-related activities within a technical environment. The role involves investigating issues, identifying potential causes, and contributing to effective solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include supporting internal quality processes such as documentation, audits, and compliance activities, as well as participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to ensure alignment on objectives and contribute to various projects across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline Identify and collaborate on customer issues. Ability to utilize root cause analysis tools to identify possible causes of issues and bring forth ideas to resolve. Support quality standard (ISO9001, AS9100D, ISO17025, etc.) through participation in the quality system such as documentation, internal and external audits, calibration, etc.
