We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following opportunity. Manufacturing Engineer •F&P America will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Position Summary:

This position is an on-site role . Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency. Work closely with Maintenance Techs troubleshoot, modify equipment, improve line layout, update equipment, etc. Prepare and present plans for production process improvement and coordinate implementation including training of affected associates. Improve and update standard operating procedures, safety, quality control and job-related training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Controls Engineering or related field OR Associate's degree with related experience. 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes highly preferred. Experience with PLC's and HMI/MMI programming Experience with Robotics (Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic) and Welding (Resistance and Mig) highly preferred. Ability to lead and participate in project teams. Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills. Able to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
