Forest City Technologies is seeking an experienced Process Technician II to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing processes, support new equipment launches, and help drive continuous improvement across our operation. What You'll Do As Process Technician II, you will be a key technical resource supporting advanced manufacturing operations by:

• Setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing injection molding equipment and manufacturing systems
• Supporting the design, build, startup, and validation of molds, tooling, fixtures, and auxiliary equipment
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Working directly with Engineering and Production teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges
• Assisting with equipment qualifications, protocols, and project implementation
• Coaching and mentoring Process Specialists and other technical personnel
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
