We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer/Manager to lead plant improvements, optimize processes, and support high-performing operations. What You'll Do Lead capital and operational improvement projects from design through execution Develop cost estimates and build business cases for plant investments Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure performance and reliability Partner with production leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and operating standards Support automation and facility improvements to increase efficiency Promote and enforce a strong safety and environmental culture What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of manufacturing experience Strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing Experience with cost estimation and capital project planning Knowledge of electrical maintenance and facility automation Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies Commitment to safety and operational excellence Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) Experience in building materials or roofing products background working in older or legacy manufacturing facilities Hands-on experience with plant upgrades and modernization efforts Why You'll Love This Job Play a key role in improving plant performance and efficiency Strong opportunities for growth and leadership impact Work for a company focused on sustainability and innovation Team-oriented culture with high visibility across operations Hands-on role with real impact on production and quality 🏭 Work Environment Manufacturing facility (older plant environment) Lean Six Sigma-driven operations Strong focus on safety and PPE compliance (respirators required) No travel required Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
