full-time We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established global manufacturer at its production facility in Stilwell, OK. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and driving operational excellence in a collaborative plant environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and performance. Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment-related issues. Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis techniques. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Support new equipment installation, process validation, and capital improvement projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline. Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or plant environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work full-time on-site in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Why Join?
