Project Engineer |
Operational Excellence Location:
Tulsa, OK The Role Drive manufacturing efficiency and lead capital innovation at our Tulsa facility. You will manage the full lifecycle of continuous improvement (CI) and capital equipment projects, ensuring they align with strategic cost-savings goals and operational benchmarks.Core Responsibilities Project Leadership:
Execute capital projects for new equipment and lead CI initiatives across manufacturing and office environments.Pipeline Management:
Maintain and prioritize the project hopper in collaboration with the OpEx Manager based on ROI and selection criteria.Cross-Functional Facilitation:
Lead diverse teams to solve process bottlenecks and implement Lean methodologies.Strategic Reporting:
Deliver formal project updates, ROI calculations, and performance metrics to senior management.Sustainability:
Implement and audit new procedures to ensure long-term process stability.Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).Experience:
5+ years in manufacturing (metal or high-volume products) and 3+ years managing capital/CI projects.Certification:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Lean certification.Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office; ability to calculate ROI and generate technical reports.Preferred Skills:
Experience with automation, robotics, industrial coating, or roll forming/tube mills.Total Rewards Growth:
