Job Description

CNC Programming Manufacturing Engineer I Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-site | Direct Hire)
Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 + Full Benefits Join a Team Where Precision Meets Innovation We're looking for a hands-on CNC Programming Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, programming, and improving processes while working closely with production teams. What You'll Do Develop and maintain CNC programs for shop floor operations Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to program precision parts Utilize Mastercam and CREO to build models and toolpaths Support production by optimizing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost control Maintain accurate programs, routings, and documentation Collaborate with internal teams and customers on design and engineering questions Assist with quoting new jobs, tooling, and production setup Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations What You Bring 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience Strong knowledge of G-code and blueprint reading Experience with CAM software (Mastercam preferred) Familiarity with Fanuc or Mazak controls Ability to manage multiple projects in a production-driven environment Why This Role Stands Out Stable, direct-hire opportunity with consistent hours Hands-on role with real impact on production and efficiency Opportunity to grow within a collaborative manufacturing team Strong benefits package and long-term potential Additional Details On-site role with time split between office and production floor Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures PPE required (steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection) Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally If you're a detail-oriented CNC professional ready to make an impact and grow your career, we'd love to connect.
