Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation, ensuring the seamless production of high-performance products in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. Work with the elements of new and existing manufacturing processes and equipment with the purpose of improving the safety, cost, quality, and delivery of manufactured products. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and improve production processes and methods: plant and equipment layout, production flow, tooling and production equipment, NC/CNC programs, machining methods, fabrication methods, assembly methods, and staffing requirements in accordance with the company Quality System.
• Design and optimize fixtures, equipment, gauges, and tooling used in the manufacturing environment.
• Provide manufacturing quality planning for the design review team.
• Develop and maintain: manufacturing control plans, fixture and tooling drawings, in-process gauge drawings, welding standards, work instructions, statistical process control (SPC) projects, forms and checklists, document control systems, production routings and notes, and work center files.
• Lead and/or assist with the development of new manufacturing projects or jobs.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment and related habits.
• Assist with troubleshooting production problems.
• Provide employee training as required. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 1-3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and machine design skills. Preferred Qualifications
• 3D CAD design skills (CREO preferred).
• 2 years of NC/CNC programming and machining experience.
• Fixture design knowledge.
