Design Engineers:

Develop and design mechanical, electrical, or structural components and systems using CAD and engineering analysis tools Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into detailed engineering designs Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and documentation Perform simulations, calculations, and tolerance analyses to validate designs Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-efficient Support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of designs Review and approve design changes and engineering change orders (ECOs) Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements Participate in design reviews and cross-functional project meetings Continuously evaluate and improve designs for performance, reliability, and sustainability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related field) Proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar engineering role Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Key Skills & Competencies Technical design and engineering analysis Attention to detail and accuracy Creativity and innovation Collaboration and cross-functional communication Time management and ability to handle multiple projects Continuous improvement mindset Work Environment Typically, office-based with time spent in labs or manufacturing facilities May require collaboration with production teams, suppliers, or customers Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs Call or text 814-867-5627 today to discuss the opportunity!!
