full-time The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for the technical management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of new and existing production lines within the Lamination Assembly Department. Someone who offers 50/50 combination of hands-on and office-based engineering experience This role supports manufacturing line planning and process development, resolves production and quality issues, and drives lean initiatives that improve safety, quality, cost, and operational performance. The position is critical to maintaining efficient, reliable production operations and supporting future capital and process improvement projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process flow, production layout, and continuous improvement practices. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop practical corrective actions. Ability to write and maintain clear Standard Work Instructions and technical documentation. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work collaboratively with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. Five to seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, process improvement, or industrial engineering activities preferred. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies preferred. Special Requirements Must be able to work full-time onsite in Tipton, Pennsylvania. Ability to support production needs and respond to manufacturing, equipment, and quality issues as required.
