We are seeking an Electrical or Electronics Engineering graduate with over 4+ years of experience to propel your career with an industry pioneer in clean energy solutions!

Findlay Township, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $32.23 - 45.77 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute routine and functional testing on solar inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and variable frequency drives, aligning all test methods with IEC and UL standards.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during power station testing using specialized tools, including voltage probes, current probes, and oscilloscopes.

Drive manufacturing testing excellence to achieve zero escaping defects, proactively identifying process issues and developing cost-effective test rig solutions.

Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols during inverter dismantling and maintaining calibration on all measuring instruments.

Manage Customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), compile detailed test reports to share lessons learned with design engineers, and track daily operational testing metrics.
