Job Description
The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Design Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Kennett Square, PA area.

$120,000 - $140,000 Responsibilities- Lead development of valves, fittings, and related mechanical products from concept through production.
- Review designs for functionality, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate customer specifications and technical requirements to determine project feasibility.
- Investigate product issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage engineering projects, including scope, timelines, testing, and change control.
- Conduct flow, stress, and performance evaluations to support product applications.
- Develop and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support to customers and internal teams.
- Mentor and oversee engineering staff while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional partners. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- 7+ years of product design engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
- Experience with fluid control, fluid power, or related systems.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD platforms; AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of FEA, CFD, and engineering analysis methods.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, calculations, and test data.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
