Strong base salary + bonus + full benefits
Travel:
Approximately 25-50% depending on project load Overview We are representing a food manufacturing organization seeking a Corporate Engineer to support large-scale capital projects, equipment installations, and engineering initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is heavily focused on CAPEX execution, process improvement, packaging systems, utilities, and manufacturing technology implementation within regulated food production environments. What You'll Be Doing Capital Projects & Engineering Support Lead and support CAPEX projects involving: processing equipment packaging systems piping systems electrical systems plant utilities Coordinate project execution with local plant engineering teams Manufacturing Technology Support implementation and validation of: HTST systems aseptic/clean-fill technologies process controls automation systems Provide technical expertise around food manufacturing and packaging technologies Controls & Automation Work with: PLC systems SCADA interfaces OT/IT integration control networks Support troubleshooting and engineering improvements within manufacturing operations Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with: FDA requirements GMP environments OSHA initiatives Support validation activities for modified or newly installed equipment Project Management Manage project scope, cost coordination, implementation timelines, and engineering deliverables Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple plant locations What You Need Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 6-10 years of engineering/project experience in food manufacturing or packaging environments Strong experience with: CAPEX projects process/packaging technology aseptic or clean-fill systems GMP manufacturing Exposure to: Auto
CAD PLC/SCADA
systems utilities/process systems What They Actually Need A hands-on project engineer who can operate effectively inside manufacturing plants Someone comfortable balancing technical execution, project management, and plant collaboration A strong communicator who can lead cross-functional engineering initiatives across multiple facilities
Pay:
$137,878.00 - $179,915.00 per year
