Pay & Bonus Base salary: $97,000-$118,000 DOE Quarterly bonus up to 8% of base Annual bonus up to 5% of base Benefits start Day 1 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with 4% company match + 3% automatic contribution 2-3 weeks vacation (based on experience) Relocation assistance available Educational assistance & fitness reimbursement programs What You'll Do Lead manufacturing process improvement: reduce downtime, scrap, and material usage Analyze production data (line rates, scrap, yield, uptime) to drive plant decisions Own process guidelines (SOPs) and training for new products/systems Support HSE regulatory compliance (~20-25% of role) Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage capital projects: scope, RFQs, equipment installation, ramp-up Work hands-on with the plant floor team — this is not a desk job What You Need B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Material Science, or related) 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume, 24/7 continuous production environment Experience with HSE regulatory compliance Comfortable splitting time between office and plant floor (PPE required, exposure to heat/cold) Nice to Have PVC processing / extrusion experience Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Familiarity with OT networks, industrial controls, automation, PLCs Project management track record
