The Manufacturing Engineer will lead and drive all technical functions at our client, translating strategic business goals into robust manufacturing engineering, product development, process technology, and quality outcomes. This role demands a hands on collaborate across manufacturing, sales, operations, and continuous improvement to ensure Key Responsibilities Collaborate the technical vision for our client aligning engineering, process development, tooling, and automation strategy with business growth objectives. Oversee quoting and programming processes including CNC machining, water jet cutting, bus bar fabrication, and insulation material fabrication. Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and prototype to volume transition: evaluate customer drawings/specs, select appropriate materials, design processes and validate. Establish excellence initiatives to meet tolerance, throughput, quality targets. Maintain and enhance technical documentation, standards, training programs, and specification controls. Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation opportunities to maintain competitiveness. Serve as a technical liaison to key customers and suppliers, resolving technical queries and supporting new product development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Materials Engineering. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a precision machining/fabrication environment. Strong understanding of CNC machining, water jet cutting, and bus bar/insulation fabrication. Experience with NPI, process design, and transitioning products from prototype to production. Knowledge of ISO, root cause analysis, SPC, and lean manufacturing principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience in bus bar fabrication or electrical insulation manufacturing environments. Exposure to customer facing technical roles or business development. Knowledge of automation and robotics in machining/fabrication settings.
