Job Description

Supports CNC machining operations within a Swiss machining department with opportunities to develop advanced Swiss machining skills. Job Requirements 1-10 years of CNC machining or CNC machine operating experience. Experience operating CNC machining equipment. Basic knowledge of machining processes and production equipment. Experience working from manufacturing instructions, job travelers, or machine setup documentation. Ability to perform basic machine operation, part loading, unloading, and production monitoring. Preferred Skills Swiss machining experience. CNC machine setup experience. Experience with precision machining. Experience using basic measuring and inspection tools. Experience working from engineering drawings or blueprints. Experience in a production machining or manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Operate CNC machining equipment in accordance with established work instructions and production requirements. Support production activities within the Swiss machining department. Load and unload parts, materials, and tooling as required. Monitor machine operation and identify basic production or machining issues. Perform basic part inspections using applicable measuring equipment. Maintain required production and machining documentation. Support machine setup and adjustment activities based on experience and training. Learn Swiss machining processes, equipment, and operating procedures. Maintain machines and work areas according to established manufacturing and safety requirements.
