Process Engineer
Pittsburgh, PA What You'll Do
Support the launch and ramp-up of production by establishing and optimizing manufacturing processes
Develop and maintain assembly instructions, process documentation, and workmanship standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues
Partner with Design Engineering on DFM, DFA, and Design for Cost and Test initiatives
Research and recommend new technologies and equipment to increase capacity and efficiency What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, OR Associate's degree with 4+ years, OR High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
Knowledge of circuit card assembly (CCA) processes and
IPC-A-610/J-STD-001
standards
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Design of Experiments (DOE)
Strong technical writing, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Experience in a regulated quality environment (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100 preferred)
