GRPA Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Controls Engineer with 5+ years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Program, troubleshoot, and debug PLCs and HMIs. Support automated machinery, production lines, and robotic systems. Troubleshoot electrical controls, sensors, drives, and control panels. Perform equipment installation, commissioning, and startup. Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance teams, vendors, and system integrators.

Requirements:

5+ years of controls engineering or industrial automation experience. Strong PLC programming skills with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell or Siemens. Experience with HMI development and troubleshooting. Knowledge of electrical schematics, industrial networking, and motion control. Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
