$70,000 - $85,000/year We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and SPC initiatives. Improve production processes, material flow, capacity planning, and equipment utilization. Create SOPs, Work Instructions, and process documentation. Work with production, quality, vendors, and engineering teams on process improvements. Support manufacturing equipment implementation and continuous improvement projects. Requirements 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience. Engineering degree preferred. Strong SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD/3D modeling experience. Lean/Six Sigma training required; Green/Black Belt preferred. Manufacturing experience with steel/metal processing preferred. Knowledge of

SPC, ERP

systems, Excel, ISO 9001/14000, and

IATF 16949

preferred. Experience with laser cutting, press brakes, machining, plasma, or welding is a plus.
