Job Summary Are you ready to bridge the gap between design and high-precision production? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who lives and breathes CNC technology. What You'll Do:

Design & Optimize:

Develop and refine manufacturing processes for complex components, focusing on efficiency and quality.

CNC Mastery:

Create, test, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-Code/M-Code) and select the best tooling and fixturing for the job.

Streamline Production:

Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and cycle times.

Collaborate:

Work closely with the Design team to ensure "Design for Manufacturability" (DFM) and support the shop floor operators during first-article inspections.

What You Bring:

Experience:

3+ years in a manufacturing environment with a heavy focus on 5 Axis CNC machining (Milling, Turning, or Multi-axis).

Tech Specs:

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks,).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
