Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Setup and modify CNC cutter programs. Modify and troubleshoot machinery and equipment. Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in performance. Analyzes layout of factory floor, equipment, teams. Review operator's instructions for accuracy and completeness, and update/revise as necessary. Work with teams to define and document assembly routings for new and existing products. Work with teams and quality control to resolve production problems involving work instructions and processes. Produce error-free procedures that minimize production time and excess materials. Maintain drawings, specifications, and bills of material for all products. Assist in design and prototyping of new products. Direct teams/projects as assigned. Other projects and/or tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering. 3-5 years related work experience
