KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvements and implement corrective actions Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 2+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or process optimization
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation and process control
- Experience with data analysis tools and statistical process control to drive manufacturing improvements
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools
