A Typical Day May Include Leading project design calculations/reports/planning preparation/roadway modeling Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations Developing peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking Supporting Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects What We Offer You We provide you collaboration and mentorship from highly skilled Project Managers & Technical Staff. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program Passed Professional Engineering ( PE ) exam (preferred) 4-8 years relevant work experience in public sector work preferred Technical knowledge / computer skills: o Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook o Adobe or Bluebeam o AutoCAD Civil 3D What You Offer Us Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicating progress and meeting deadlines Highly motivated team player, excited to provide meaningful contributions to a team Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal Commitment to learning Our Mission Our purpose is to serve the communities we live in.
