Our company strives to produce the highest quality for our clients and the ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for mechanical engineering, construction, and manufacturing. This role requires a foundation in CAD software and strong communication skills for working with internal teams and other trades. Responsibilities Develop and design built-in and furniture-type architectural millwork with software such as AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision. Communication with contractors, architects, and interior designers in a professional manner. Problem solve with a client requests to make desires come to life, while also being functional and appealing. Collaborate with other internal teams, such as production engineering, shop manufacturing, and field install. Utilize organizational software, such as Microsoft Office and Monday.com. Create detailed drawings with our company standards that can be understood by internal staff and clients. Requirements Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD), but experience in Cabinet Vision is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong knowledge of functional and architectural design and an ability to problem-solve effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively within teams Previous background in a related field is not required, but is a benefit Benefits 1 week paid vacation annually after 1 year of employment, and 2 weeks after 3 years Health insurance stipend (with record of health plan, after 3 months) Percentage-base employer match of retirement contributions (after 6 months)
