Will Do:

Owns processing responsibility for a part or part family / cell. Provides technical support serving as liaison between Value Streams, Quality Assurance, EH&S and Design Engineering. Leads capital project management initiatives. Develops new manufacturing technologies. Leads assigned project(s) to further drive cell improvement. Creates/Updates standard work as needed. Improves overall efficiencies of flow and operations. Communicates and collaborates with manufacturing engineers, production leaders, maintenance, purchasing, quality, production operators, design engineers and program management. Travels up to 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
