Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, where you'll be immersed in a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to drive real impact in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Optimization. This position is based on-site in Kansas City, KS and is not eligible for remote work. This internship will be considered part time (minimum of 15 hours per week). Highlights of your role Apply technical skills learned in school to real-world applications.

Support engineering tasks including safety projects, time studies, bottleneck analysis, value stream mapping, layout updates, fixture drawings, and standard work procedures.

Collaborate with a variety of teams on engineering projects and share updates with Plant Leadership.

Enjoy access to your own workstation including AutoCAD and Inventor software. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, or equivalent

Previous internship experience (helpful, but not required) Also want to make sure you have Excellent communication skills
