Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer / Project Coordinator, where you'll drive innovative production solutions and coordinate complex projects to optimize manufacturing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your engineering expertise, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, high-quality output. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in advancing our manufacturing capabilities and supporting our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Manage customer RFQs and prepare quotations. Communicate with customers regarding technical and quality requirements. Coordinate projects from quote through shipment. Prepare and maintain quality documentation (FAI, inspection reports, COCs, FAIRs, process documentation, etc.). Coordinate with suppliers regarding materials, special processes, and outside services. Review customer drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Support production by resolving technical and documentation issues. Maintain project schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Create and improve quality forms, templates, and internal procedures. Support AS9100 and
ISO 9001
quality system activities. Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field. experience in manufacturing, machining, aerospace, defense, or precision engineering. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models. Knowledge of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and inspection methods. Familiarity with
AS9100, ISO
9001, and quality management systems. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (Fusion 360, or equivalent).
Preferred:

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
