$60/hour About the Role Looking to make a global impact and solve complex engineering challenges? We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join a dynamic Project Engineering team focused on delivering advanced, efficient energy solutions. In this role, you will influence key technical and financial outcomes while collaborating across global teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries, change requests, and communications Provide technical project management and direction across assigned projects Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical technical issues Ensure design documentation and equipment meet all contract requirements Conduct Customer Kick-Off Meetings (CKOMs) and Design Liaison Meetings (DLMs) Communicate project requirements across internal engineering teams Evaluate financial/schedule impacts of scope changes and support change management Manage engineering budgets and provide cost forecasts (EACs) Support cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and installation Identify risks and present solutions to leadership Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years in Project, Design, or Field Engineering Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel (~10-15%) Preferred Qualifications Customer-facing experience Experience with PLM tools Knowledge of plant system design, manufacturing, or installation Strong problem-solving ability Continuous improvement mindset
Work Setup Hybrid:
2-3 days onsite per week Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM
