About the Role Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team. This role (4+ years experience) serves as a technical lead with a clear path to Project Engineer. You will lead design efforts and mentor junior staff while supporting project delivery. - Lead grading, drainage, and utility design
- Perform QA/QC on plans
- Mentor Designers and Design Engineers
- Coordinate with project teams and agencies What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience
- Advanced Civil 3D proficiency Preferred
