Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications; coordinate customer orders and internal handoffs; maintain customer relationships; and communicate project status and AM&T capabilities. This in-person role also supports sales forecasting, budget updates, and performance goals. Responsibilities Review RFQs, technical information, engineering drawings, and specifications to assess quoting requests. Prepare quotes and proposals for precision machining and manufacturing work. Process purchase orders, create supporting documents, and transfer job information to operations. Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, suggest alternatives, provide updates, and manage deadlines. Maintain customer relationships, present company capabilities, and conduct meetings or facility tours. Prepare status updates and sales forecasts, support budget updates, and work toward defined KPIs.
