Job Description :

Serve as the assembly SME for an auto-injector manufacturing transfer to a new CMO, supporting two automated assembly lines, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and production ramp-up.

Must-haves:

10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on medical device technology/design transfer within the past 2-4 years. Direct auto-injector assembly experience and strong expertise in high-volume automated plastic assembly. Experience establishing or reviewing assembly lines, resolving assembly issues, and translating design requirements into manufacturing processes; available for onsite support as needed.

Pluses:

Manufacturing transfers between organizations with different quality management systems. CMO/vendor technical oversight and high-volume production scale-up.

Pay:
