Job Description

I&C Engineer Aiken, SC Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an I&C Engineer opportunity to support the Savannah River Site.
Work Location:
Aiken, SC
Application Deadline:
04/17/26 (by Noon ET) I&C Engineer-
Duties:
Provide support engineering services to include, but not limited to, engineering analysis, design development and generation of design output documents. Design output documents consist of P&IDs, control logics, loop diagrams, setpoint lists, instrument and control valve specifications, DCS and PLC design, instrument location and installation design, panel layouts, and vendor document review.
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, I&C Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in one of the above disciplines.
Experience/Skills:
Minimum of five years' design experience in the nuclear or chemical process industry. Must demonstrate design experience with PLCs and distributed control systems. Must have the ability to walk-down systems in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
2D MicroStation Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).
