Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Columbia, SC area.

Columbia, SC Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000Responsibilities Support production through equipment troubleshooting and process improvements. Lead machine upgrades, installations, and reliability projects. Identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and cost performance. Work with maintenance, operations, and vendors to resolve technical issues. Maintain engineering documents, PM programs, and standard procedures. Use production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 2+ years of manufacturing or maintenance engineering experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, servos, and automated equipment. Proficient with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software. Strong communication, project management, and Microsoft Office skills #JDP
