What You'll Do:
Design, build, and fabricate precision tooling, including dies, molds, fixtures, gauges, and forming components for ceramic manufacturing processes Repair, refurbish, and maintain worn or damaged tooling to restore dimensional accuracy and production reliability Interpret complex engineering prints and determine machining methods, sequences, and fabrication approaches Operate and support a variety of tool room equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and CNC machinery Measure, inspect, and validate tooling components using precision instruments to ensure tight-tolerance conformance
What You Bring:
Experience as a Tool & Die Maker or equivalent precision machining background in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and detailed technical drawings Strong hands-on experience with tool room equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment Ability to machine, fit, and finish components to extremely tight tolerances with strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine proper machining sequences and troubleshoot tooling issues
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
