location: Manning, South Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Provides engineering, coaching, and analytical support on the manufacturing floor to eliminate waste, improve process capabilities, and maximize throughput.

Architect and deploy robust site-wide 5S and visual management systems to systematically transform operational culture Identify process bottlenecks, and leads cross functional Kaizen events to address Safety, quality, Costs and Delivery issuesOrganize and conduct Lean/SPS training for employees Establish and execute advanced manufacturing compliance audits
Required Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering or related degree Must have 2+ years of process engineering work experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience with Lean ManufacturingExperience with lean tools/methodologies qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 2 years of experience
