Salary:

What your future day will look like: Design and optimize product and product components Plan testing procedures and studies Offer guidance on material and process equipment selection Conduct failure analysis to identify corrective actions Develop and maintain product and engineering documentation Work with the engineering leader to gain expertise on the product and process Work with customers to interpret needs and develop specifications Participate in continuous improvement activities

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 5+ years in a design engineering role Proficiency with SolidWorks required Experience with epoxies, resins, or tool design a plus Continuous improvement experience, lean manfuacturing tools We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
