Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Responsible for the design of production tools and machines, and for developing solutions to production problems relating to materials, processes, and tooling. This role supports new programs by developing new processes, designing tooling and machinery, and developing production controls. Additionally, the Manufacturing Engineer sets up new equipment, ensures satisfactory operation of the equipment, and teaches others to use it properly. Responsibilities Design production tools and machines. Develop solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling. Support new programs by developing new processes and production controls. Design tooling and machinery. Set up new equipment and ensure its satisfactory operation. Teach others how to properly use new equipment. Essential Skills Manufacturing engineering Process improvement Continuous improvement Manufacturing Engineer degree 3+ years experience Machining practices Drafting Fabrication techniques Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering 3+ years experience in tools/machining design SAP Experience Work Environment The position is based on-site in Mitchell. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
