Process Engineer:

Starting pay depends on experience in applicable skills. Responsible for projects, process control, developmental trials, and design engineering to sustain the manufacturing process. Collaboration with cross functional teams and finding solutions to complex problems. BS in Engineering or equivalent A minimum of two years of applicable process engineering experience preferred. Must have demonstrated capabilities and knowledge of engineering systems and processes. Working knowledge of computer aided design and scheduling programs. Strong analytical skills. Working understanding of CAD preferred. Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and independently. Good communications skills. Must have strong PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Must have the ability to translate technical information into business presentations for project justifications

RESPONSIBILITY

: Responsible for a combination of activities in the following areas; Projects, Process Control and Design Engineering. Provide project management and design for hardware and software system specifications and the integration of process systems in the facility. Update engineering documents Participate in plan development and consider customer requirements for process and related equipment investment and prepare technical presentations for project justification. Maintain and optimize the manufacturing process, equipment and control system architecture to ensure the most safe and efficient manufacturing process while maintaining quality standards of the finished product. Identify, analyze and resolve routine processing or equipment deficiencies. Perform root cause analysis and debug process where appropriate. Develop and recommend corrective action where appropriate and document. May collaborate with the manufacturing/Engineering team to identify capabilities, capacity, and tolerances. Create various reports for management as required. Perform other related duties as assigned.
