Responsibilities:
Design and develop new products from concept to launch, including drawings, DFMEA, prototyping, validation, and testing strategies. Lead product launches using APQP and PDP processes, ensuring timelines, quality, and cross-functional alignment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across product engineering and digitalization initiatives. Build and deploy digital tools using MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve visibility and efficiency. Implement digital and automation solutions including MES integration, data acquisition systems, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Partner with customers to translate needs into engineering and digital solutions while supporting visits and resolving technical issues. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, Lean initiatives (Kaizen, VA/VE), and process optimization across operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience. 0-5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or digitalization projects (open to entry-level and experienced candidates). Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection or compression molding is a plus. Exposure to digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, MES systems, or data automation platforms preferred. Basic knowledge of programming, PLC systems, or SQL is beneficial but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision making. Effective communication and organization skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
