High SchoolResponsibilities Develop, monitor, and optimize aluminum extrusion processes to improve productivity, quality, and yield  Analyze process data and implement improvements to reduce scrap, downtime, and defects  Troubleshoot extrusion-related issues including surface defects, dimensional inconsistencies, and die performance  Collaborate with die design teams to improve tooling efficiency, life, and product quality  Establish and maintain process parameters for billets, temperature profiles, press speeds, and quenching  Support new product development, including feasibility studies, trial runs, and process validation  Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards  Train production personnel on process changes and best practices  Maintain document control as related to the duties. Utilize various measurement tools for data gathering.  Prepare and maintain reports as requested  Comply with established safety rules  Comply with company policy and procedures  Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and managers.  Maintain acceptable attendance in accordance with company policy  Perform other duties as assigned to the satisfaction of the direct supervisor and/or managerSkills ExtrusionEngineering Qualifications Years of experience: 0 yearsExperience level: Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
