Job Description
Major employer in the greater Morristown / Dandridge area has immediate opening for an Assembly / Manufacturing Engineer. This is a high-volume, fast-paced operation with a mix of state-of-the-art automation and manual processes. The Assembly Engineer will assist on projects to continue automating production lines . The Assembly Engineer will work on process capability studies, control plans, and PFMEA documentation. Will also write technical work instructions for equipment and processes. PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus. Prefer candidates with BS Engineering degree , but will also consider AS degree with at least 5 years Engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
